The Grinch Whoville Town Hall Play Set (Composite Parts Building) Various buildings in the Grinch collectables set were constructed using traditional model making techniques and machining skills. These were made up from multiple component parts, involving vacuum-forming, silica rubber moulding, casting in resin, and cellulose spraying and acrylic hand painting.
